How soon will my order ship?

All orders are sent via Australia Post and shipped on business days within 48 hours of receiving payment.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are sent from Melbourne, Australia, delivery times will depend on your location: Melbourne Metro - 2 days
Country Victoria - Up to 4 days
Sydney, Canberra & Adelaide - 2 - 3 days
Brisbane & Tasmania - 3 to 4 days
Perth & Darwin - 5 to 6 days
International - Please contact us for an estimated delivery time

If you experience delays in receiving your order, contact us immediately and we will help confirm the status of your order.

What is the Medical Rehab returns policy?

Faulty or Broken - Any items that arrive broken or faulty will be replaced or refunded. Please email us within 10 days from receipt of goods, we'll cover all shipping costs involved. Incorrect size or product - We want you to love what you order! If you are unhappy with any of your purchases, you may return them for an exchange or store credit. Please email us within 10 days from receipt of goods, shipping costs will be at your expense. Items must be in the original condition and undamaged packaging. No returns on sample or sale items.

Do you ship internationally?

We are the suppliers for Mobiderm in Australia. If you need help finding Thuasne in another country you can email us and we will direct you to the appropriate person in Thuasne
